Malgorzata Pater is a London based Interior & Spatial Designer graduated in BA Interior & Spatial Design at Chelsea College of Arts and Design. Greenhouse. Hidden between a walls of old church, in a narrow, cosy courtyard, there is a greenhouse where you can find fresh vegetables and fruits. The structure itself is made up out of reused windows, inspired and closely linked with one of the window from the site. The repetition of the window can be seen in a walls separating areas of the greenhouse. Enter the greenhouse from the street, smell the vegetables, feel the freshness. Whole place is divided into 3 areas, separated by the âwall of windowsâ. First area is greenhouse. A place full of fresh, organic vegetables and fruits which we acquire from our local farmer. You can pick any vegetables and fruits you like and we will prepare delicious, fresh juice in our juice bar. On the way to the bar you will go through nursery, our second area. You can buy there seeds or seedlings of vegetables and fruits to grow them in your home garden. Finally you reach our last, third area â juice bar. There is plenty of room in our long wooden tables, so bring your fiends or simply share the table with other people, and enjoy fresh juice and nice chat. From the plants we received from you we will make delicious juice. You can add up a touch of herbs, which are hanging above the tables. The idea of the greenhouse was to encourage people to healthy eating and to show them enjoyable and useful part of growing their own fruits and vegetables. I would like to implant in them the desire to have their own garden.
