BA (Hons) Technical Effects for Performance
Through my career to date, I have developed a wide range of skills in the following areas: sculpting, casting and mold making, core molds, puppet making including stop motion animation puppets, vac forming, fabrication, body padding, animatronic metal and wood work. I am highly experienced and have knowledge of variety of materials such as a fast cast, liquid plastic, fibre glass, PU, ABS, acrylic, silicone , alginate, plastazote, plaster, latex and many others. I have experience in set & props design and making for Film and Theatre. I have worked on freelance basis and with production companies for almost 5 years now in projects such as a commercials, films, stop motion animations, life performances, film series, fashion shows among others. My recent credit includes Coca-Cola super ball TV commercial , Wes Anderson "Grand Budapest Hotel"; Tim Burton's 'Frankenweenie' Stop Motion Animation, Madame Tussauds Merlin Studios and 'The Duchess of Malffi' commissioned by National English opera, ENO and Punchdrunk.
